Stephane Parmentier
Paris-based interior architect, designer and creative director Stéphane Parmentier were influenced from a young age by the aesthetic world of civil aviation, from the contemporary art and the power of beauty on everyday life. Parmentier aims to combine sophistication, simplicity and modernity in his work, playing with noble or raw materials such as marble, travertine, lava, bronze, brass, wood and leather. He creates furniture and objects that exude emotional resonance, strong nature narrative, and a sense of exclusivity. Following nearly two decades as a fashion designer for Lanvin, Givenchy, Karl Lagerfeld and Hervé Léger, Parmentier ventured into the world of design in 2005, crafting pieces with singular attention to material, manufacturing process and details.
