Green Lake Light Sculpture | Table Lamp

Pushing through with the Calanque series is the Green Lake Light Sculpture, inspired by the limestone coastline of Southern France. It is an organic rendition of the calm waters of the lake reflecting the colors surrounding it.

Green Lake Light Sculpture shares a remarkable aesthetic lending a calming feeling to any space. The transluscent cast glass slab chlorophyll radiates a warm relaxing feel set on a cliff of Tufa stone, a variety of limestone. Adding elegance to the sculpture is the brass strip which emphasizes the overall organic feel.

This is Audrey Guimard and Marie Jeunet's ode to nature, colorful transparencies and hypnotic caustics that unfold before our eyes throughout the day. The brass, affixed as a signature, finishes elevating the pieces and consecrating them as precious artifacts. Their mesmerizing work evoke a succession of waves, sunrises and sunsets, moon reflections on these abstract landscapes where the sand turned glass binds with the shapes of the rock.
