In Terra, Bone Studio envisioned a contemporary sanctuary, where material honesty and imperfection take center stage.
COLLECTIONALmade supported the project with the supply and installation of natural finishes by Matteo Brioni and handcrafted terracotta flooring by Fornace Brioni.
Walls, columns, and ceilings are finished in MultiTerra Plus and TerraWabi, two complementary earth-based systems from Matteo Brioni. The finishes express a raw, layered tactility rooted in the Wabi-sabi philosophy of beauty in imperfection. Pigment-free, natural tones shift with light throughout the day, reinforcing the quiet rhythm of the space.
Moka-colored terracotta slats by Fornace Brioni bring craftsmanship to the surface, each piece handmade using wooden molds in a centuries-old process. The result is a textural palette that reflects Bone Studio’s vision: grounding, unpolished, and inherently human.
