Scope of work:

Client:
Private
This 3,000 sqm residence was reconfigured by ANARCHITECT through the complete redesign of an existing developer shell.
The intervention focused on introducing natural light, reworking spatial flow, and establishing a clear relationship between interior and exterior spaces.
A key gesture was the transformation of the central courtyard into a gallery-style entrance and a more intimate open-air space anchored by an olive tree, improving both light and ventilation across the floorplate. The design merges solid architectural forms with refined materiality, drawing on Modernist principles and traditional craft.
Over 2,200 sqm of Silk Georgette® stone was used across surfaces, chosen for itslow thermal conductivity and continuous linear veining. A sculptural staircase—formed by floating stone treads—serves as a central architectural element, bringing together precision detailing and artisanal fabrication.
COLLECTIONAL developed and delivered the full FF&E package, selecting furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the architectural tone and support the understated, cohesive material palette.
