Bright Start

Four Seasons Private Residences Dubai Jumeirah is a waterfront development of 28 homes designed by Sybille de Margerie, with architecture by Hopkins Architects.

Positioned along the Dubai Water Canal, the project is shaped by principles of spatial clarity, natural light, and a strong relationship between interior and exterior living.

Each residence is defined by generous volumes, calm materiality, and carefully considered transitions between social and private areas. Landscaped terraces, private pools, and expansive glazing, contribute to a lifestyle rooted in privacy, ease, and everyday functionality.

COLLECTIONAL was responsible for delivering the full FF&E package, with a focus on integrating collectible furniture pieces into the design language of the interiors. Working closely with the design team, furnishings were chosen for their ability to complement the architectural scale and palette, balancing texture, proportion, and tone across key living areas.

Throughout the residences, furniture plays an active role in reinforcing the spatial rhythm, whether through sculptural seating arrangements in the living areas, soft silhouettes in the bedrooms, or custom elements that respond to the interior architecture. The result is a coherent and refined environment, where each piece contributes to a long-term vision of considered living.
