Lana Duplex marks a pivotal expression of COLLECTIONAL’s integrated approach to contemporary living, uniting furniture expertise, collectible design curation, and custom production into one singular project.

Located at The Lana, Dorchester Collection Dubai, the residence was reimagined by ANARCHITECT and the homeowner to reflect a deep sense of personal meaning and cultural resonance.

Working in parallel with ANARCHITECT’s design vision, COLLECTIONAL contributed across every layer of the home; from selected FF&E via Vetted by COLLECTIONAL, to collectible design pieces through Plot 6 by COLLECTIONAL, and bespoke interventions crafted by COLLECTIONALmade. The resulting interior is defined not by a single style, rather its precision, symbolism, and intentionality.

Throughout the project, the client’s cultural background and artistic interests shaped a refined narrative. With guidance from a Feng Shui master, the design process aligned both in energy and spatial, including traditional and numeric symbolism—such as the careful positioning of elements linked to the number eight.

Across the residence, the art of collecting is reinterpreted. Glass sculptures by Jeremy Maxwell Wintrebert were reimagined as lighting installations, rare edition pieces were selected with curatorial precision. The material palette was gently adapted through interventions such as sanding and restaining floors to enhance warmth and natural grain.

Lana Duplex is not simply furnished, it is composed. Each piece contributes to a larger, unified whole, where the boundaries between art, design, and lifestyle dissolve. The property stands as a defining project for COLLECTIONAL, demonstrating the strength of its multidisciplinary platform and the clarity of its curatorial voice.
