At the ground level, the residence opens onto a central travertine-lined courtyard, anchored by a sleek infinity pool. This space forms the heart of the home, bordered on three sides by the villa’s interior, blurring the boundary between inside and out. The travertine flooring flows seamlessly into the living areas, enhancing the sense of openness and spatial continuity.

Inside, every detail has been thoughtfully composed. A custom wood installation, designed in horizontal layers to echo the villa’s architectural volume, softly divides the kitchen and dining areas. The master suite on the upper level overlooks the courtyard below, offering a serene retreat with long visual lines and natural light.
