Private Residence. Saadiyat Island
Designer: Ranim Mortada Interior Design
Scope of work:
Collectible design, FF&E
Client:
Private
Located on Saadiyat Island, this private residence was carefully reimagined by Ranim Mortada Interior Design, with a focus on flow, comfort, and timeless materiality.
The transformation includes a series of carefully considered architectural interventions, including redefined ceiling details, arches, joinery, and an elegant glass extension inviting natural light and greenery deep into the home.
Within this refined context, COLLECTIONAL delivered a selected FF&E package integrating collectible design pieces into the overall composition of the space. The Agatha center tables by Draga & Aurel and a limited-edition artwork by Corine van Voorbergen are among the highlights, adding sculptural depth and tactile richness to the living and dining areas.
The result is a layered and harmonious environment, where every detail supports a thoughtful balance between functionality, atmosphere, and personal expression.
