Roseate Tern is a collectible pendant light that channels the elegance of its bird inspiration through an elongated sculptural form. Crafted from polymer resin and aluminium, it integrates a 24V LED, producing a soft, ambient illumination that flows across its polished and translucent surfaces. The play of light and material evokes the motion and delicacy of flight, creating a dynamic focal point for modern interiors.

These qualities introduce optical distortions that shift with the viewer’s movement, revealing ever-changing compositions and engaging the piece as a living presence within space.

The project explores the tension between reality and illusion, function and statement. While monumental in scale, Roseate Tern retains the delicate precision of smaller ornamental objects.
