The Dafne Ceiling Lights by Morghen Studio were inspired by a journey to Africa and take their form from the Umbrella Tree. Unlike a typical tree that provides shade, Dafne offers light through its brass branches, each hand-shaped with a blowtorch. Cracks along the branches allow light to shine through. The name honors the Greco-Roman myth of Dafne, the nymph transformed into a tree to escape Apollo’s infatuation.
