Distance Floor Lamp
Designer:
Oliver Wilcox
The Distance Floor Lamp by Lost Profile Studio extends the family’s cinematic and Art Deco influences into a slender, upright silhouette. A vertical column of light is framed by a sequence of precisely spaced metal fins, creating a quiet rhythm that feels both structural and atmospheric. Its refined profile evokes the ambiance of neo-noir interiors, offering a contemporary gesture shaped by echoes of distant places and eras.

Lost Profile Studio
Coburg North, Australia
Lost Profile Studio was launched in 2017 by artist, collector and designer Oliver Wilcox.
The studio designs and fabricates a restrained collection of Art Deco and Industrial inspired lighting, furniture and hardware. The studio also trades in a particularly bleak dialect of furniture, art, objects and antiques which are sourced in Australia, USA, and Europe.
There is a symbiosis between the antiques collected and the products the studio creates, the two components of the brand are in dialogue with each other and ever-evolving.
