Marea Sideboards
Designer:
Zanellato/Bortotto
The Marea Console by Zanellato/Bortotto extends horizontally, featuring three to six spacious wooden drawers, distinct from the metal-clad top. It flaunts a hand-crafted finish that transforms the metal surface into a watercolor. The traces of time are etched into the metal, layer upon layer, as oxidation creates a painterly effect, reminiscent of water's slow erosion of the material. Like the tide (marea in Italian), the hand of the craftsman leaves its mark.
