Masques by Charles Kalpakian is a series of three trays that explore the dialogue between pattern, material, and form. Inspired by marquetry, each tray layers black-stained oak with black leather, creating a contrast in texture. When stacked, their patterns align and interact, forming a unified visual composition. Finished with solid walnut handles.
