From Fabric to Form: Navigating the blur between fashion and design
From Fabric to Form: Navigating the blur between fashion and design

My journey from fashion to design has always been rooted in storytelling.
In both worlds, I’ve worked to shape how ideas are communicated, how legacies are built, and how strategy becomes experience.
Today, I find myself drawing from a former life in fashion, not in form, but in philosophy. The rhythm of a campaign, the choreography of a launch, the emotional arc of a brand’s voice, all of it still informs how I try to guide our curatorial and cultural direction.

As Martina Mondadori writes, Home is the New Fashion. And I believe it.
The way we shape our spaces has become as expressive, as intentional, as the way we dress ourselves. A sofa (I really really love sofas), is no longer just a seat, it’s a statement. A lamp, a mood. A rug, a rhythm.
Fashion taught me to curate emotion. Design taught me to hold it.

Building atmospheres and threading narratives, through texture and intentional silence, each element composed like a sonnet. Much like a silk blouse that catches the light or a perfectly tailored trouser that moves with quiet confidence, a space can speak volumes without uttering a single word.
The lines between fashion and design are no longer blurred, they are braided. Both are languages of identity. Both ask: Who are you, and how do you want to be seen? Or more importantly; how do you want to feel?

In this region, where design is finding its voice, I believe our work offers something rare: a fullness that’s both personal and lyrical. A way of living that’s not only styled, but felt.
