“I have a lot of respect for traditional techniques, in textiles but also in clothing, architecture, ceramics, food – embodied skills and knowledge that have been passed down over generations through rituals and community sharing. My work draws on ancient techniques like felting, spinning, carding, and plant-based dyeing, transforming them into a contemporary language meant to continue to be shared.”
