Remaining Things Dining Chair
Designer:
Teo Yang
Part of the Remaining Things collection commissioned by COLLECTIONAL and featured in Urban Fabric Series 001, the Chair resurrects the vertical planks of wooden paneling, their aged grain and peg holes speaking to hands that once assembled and maintained traditional homes. A smooth silicon seat rests within the wood, creating a dialogue between the worked and the elemental that echoes Korean attitudes toward natural materials.
