Rescue Me 01 assembles vintage wooden modules from fragments of vintage furniture, restored by Draga & Aurel's artisans through French hand-polishing. The front is transformed into a tactile artwork through layered epoxy resin and spray color, while the two wooden volumes appear suspended on custom transparent Lucite legs. Launched as a spin-off of Heritage during Milan Design Week 2025, the piece exemplifies the series' circular creation process, tracing a line between memory and contemporaneity.
