Tol 1, 3 and 4 Floor Lights
Designer:
Dirk van der Kooij
The Tol 1, 3 & 4 Floor Lights by Dirk van der Kooij take their name from the Dutch word tol, meaning spinning top. Available in three variations, each light features a stacked totemic structure that appears grounded yet visually in motion. In the darkness, the polished brass elements recede into shadow. Under ambient light, brass details shimmer. When turned off, the plastic takes on a warmer tone, enriched by the adjacent brass.
