Lost Profile Studio

Lost Profile Studio was launched in 2017 by artist, collector and designer Oliver Wilcox.

The studio designs and fabricates a restrained collection of Art Deco and Industrial inspired lighting, furniture and hardware. The studio also trades in a particularly bleak dialect of furniture, art, objects and antiques which are sourced in Australia, USA, and Europe.

There is a symbiosis between the antiques collected and the products the studio creates, the two components of the brand are in dialogue with each other and ever-evolving.

Championing a limited, curated collection, Lost Profile Studio collaborates with skilled local artisans to ensure each object achieves a bespoke level of detail and materiality. Their design philosophy emphasizes the meticulous selection of materials such as bronze, brass, onyx and glass. Through this dedication to thoughtful fabrication, Lost Profile creates timeless works that seamlessly blend heritage with contemporary innovation.

Brass is honest, it ages and tarnishes, each piece tells it's own story depending on how it's been handled and the environment it's been housed in.”
