ANI Residence

Client: Private

Architecture and Design: T-ZED Architects

Scope of work: FF&E

Designed by T.ZED Architects for a globally renowned chef and entrepreneur, ANI Residence is a bespoke family home that merges influences from Japanese craftsmanship with regional materials and details rooted in the Middle Eastern context.

The project reflects a deep respect for the act of making. Through detailed research and careful spatial consideration, the residence integrates subtle transitions, joinery, and masonry that reflect both the personal narrative of the client and the broader cultural setting.

The approach taken on this project, places craftsmanship at the centre of the architectural process, prioritizing precision and intentional detailing over imported styles. The result is a residence shaped by human engagement, where every material and junction contributes to a cohesive spatial experience.

COLLECTIONAL developed and delivered the FF&E package for the project, curating pieces that align with the design language of the architecture. The furniture, lighting, and accessories were selected to complement the natural material palette and emphasize the tactile, understated elegance of the home.
