Eden House Al Satwa

Client: Bright Start

Developer: H&H

Designer: Tristan Auer

Scope of work: FF&E, OS&E, Wardrobes, Architectural Finishes

Developed by H&H, Eden House Al Satwa is a 30-storey mixed-use tower.

The architecture, by Dubai-based practice dxb-lab, draws inspiration from traditional Arabian courtyard houses, reinterpreted through a modernist composition of glass, steel, and stone. Rising from a central podium with a fortress-like façade, the building frames a quiet courtyard at its heart, where privacy and community life intersect.

Interiors by Tristan Auer introduce a refined spatial character throughout. Sophisticated color palettes and rich materials, Arabescato marble bathrooms, French oak kitchens and wardrobes, and textured feature walls, define the residential units. Kitchens and wardrobes are custom-made in Italy, fully fitted with high-end appliances and generous storage.

COLLECTIONAL delivered the full FF&E package, furnishing all residences and common areas with furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the project’s architectural rhythm and interior detailing. The result is a cohesive environment that blends clarity, comfort, and modern design.
