Private Residence II. Nad Al Sheba

Client: Private

Architecture and Design: dxb lab

Scope of work: FF&E

With a sculptural footprint and deliberate restraint, this private residence by dxb lab continues the practice’s signature approach to proportion and light.

Defined by deep overhangs, full-height glass panels, and crisp white volumes, the home seamlessly transitions between open-air terraces and tranquil interior spaces.

The FF&E package, curated and installed by COLLECTIONAL, was developed to mirror the architectural clarity. Neutral tones, layered textures, and modern silhouettes establish a quiet rhythm throughout, enhancing the relationship between structure, furniture, and light.

Outdoor and indoor areas are treated with equal attention, creating a coherent language across every space, from soft-edged sofas and elegant dining ensembles to poolside loungers and sculptural accents that echo the home’s linear purity. The result is a serene, livable space where design discretion invites long-lasting comfort.
