Reborn House

Client: Private

Architecture: Alhumaidhi Architects

Design: ADANA Design

Scope of work: FF&E, Wardrobes, Bathroom Systems

Located along the shores of Bidaa in Kuwait, Reborn House is a private seaside residence envisioned by Alhumaidhi Architects and Adana Design as a study in balance, between form and function, lightness and solidity, intimacy and openness.

The villa’s spatial layout centers around a large interior atrium that bathes the core of the home in natural light. Wrapped in architectural louvers, the triple-height volume comes alive through shadows and movement, creating a poetic rhythm that evolves throughout the day. Interior corridors sweep gently around this focal space, connecting the private and public zones of the home with ease.Facing the sea, subtle accents of coral and teal emerge within an otherwise pared-back palette, hinting at the surrounding coastline, while the façade facing the street remains cool and serene in tonal whites. Throughout, the integration between architecture and interior detailing creates a seamless, airy atmosphere.COLLECTIONAL delivered a complete FF&E package for both indoor and outdoor spaces, along with bespoke wardrobes, bathroom systems, and custom carpets and rugs. Each piece was selected to reflect the villa’s elegant restraint: contemporary silhouettes, refined materiality, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. The result is a cohesive, thoughtfully curated home where architecture and interior elements are unified by a shared language of calm and refinement.
