VILLA 97

Interior Design: TEE VEE EFF

Scope of work: FF&E

On Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, House of Paloma was reimagined as a light-filled contemporary home where modern aesthetics blend seamlessly with cultural richness and personal storytelling.

The redesign transformed a sectioned, dim-lit townhouse into an open, flexible sanctuary with expansive sea views, a sculptural floating staircase, multifunctional spaces, and blurred boundaries between indoors and out.

Drawing from the family’s Persian heritage, global travels, and passion for art, the interiors harmonize meaningful personal touches with natural materials and colors inspired by sunsets and the sea. Every element, from custom wallpapers to a symbolic chandelier, reflects the family’s identity, creating a home that is both a social hub and deeply personal retreat.
