W Residence by NON is a five-bedroom simplex apartment on Palm Jumeirah, designed to frame open, uninterrupted views across the Arabian Gulf.
The project's core objective was to elevate the developer’s neutral interior base finishes, infusing the home with warmth and elegance through architectural interventions, custom joinery, soft furnishings, and thoughtfully layered wall treatments. Spatial boundaries are reimagined: the existing column is seamlessly integrated as an architectural feature, and a fireplace serves as a subtle divider between hosting and private living spaces, all while preserving a clear visual connection to the ocean view through a carefully curated opening. A refined material palette and tailored furniture selections were chosen to create a relaxing, comfortable environment for the family, always keeping the emphasis on the spectacular exterior vistas.
W Residence by NON thus embodies a cohesive, timeless approach, natural materials, elegant transitions, and architectural lighting coming together to underpin everyday family life within a setting of enduring sophistication and comfort.
