The OBJ-08 Circle Wall Mirror by Manu Bañó explores copper’s reflective properties. When polished, the material takes on a mirror-like surface. It consists of the same form duplicated in symmetry, one concave, the other convex, intended to be displayed together as a single work. Tempered by fire, copper assumes a three-dimensional presence through human intervention. The finish preserves the marks of the making process, with no patina or polish.
