Part of the Paper Factor collection, the unique PRACTICE inlay panels series emerges from pigmented paper, defined as exactly that: a practice, an accumulation of studies, gestures repeated and revised until pattern becomes instinct. Each panel is its own cross-section: fractures of color meeting in hard, marbled seams, some as quiet as ash and slate, others breaking into teal, rust, and bone black. No two panels resolve the same way twice: the pattern is guided, never dictated. Each surface holds a fossil-like record of the pour that it made. These panels trade tactile texture for depth of color and line. All Paper Factor finishings can be applied to objects and furnishings, acting as a "second skin," and creating cohesiveness within spaces.
