The COPAL table is part of the Syncretism Collection, which explores the convergence of contrasting ideas within the same space and time. Syncretism is the amalgamation of different religions, cultures, and thoughts. This collection celebrates traditional hand-carved techniques and embodies the rich heritage of skilled stonemasons, metalworkers, and woodworkers collaborating with EWE. Just like the idea of syncretism, the objects within this collection are simultaneously functional and sculptural. The inspiration behind the COPAL table comes from the ritual elements found in Mexico, which have facilitated syncretic ideas across different cultures. Specifically, the table draws upon the concept of “COPALeras,” which are objects resembling censers or open cauldrons used to burn COPAL.

Proiezioni Round Side table, designed by Elisa Ossino, takes its name from the Italian for “projections” and refers to the effect of light on Stonee. The top is made of Bianco (white) Carrara marble, resting elegantly on Table Nero (black) Marquina marble central pedestal base. It is a deceptively simple table made of materials that create a bold decorative statement.

The Pietra L05 side table, designed by Piero Lissoni, contrasts striking marble with a steel stem to create robust attractive pieces. It is composed of a hook-topped pillar in Gunmetal grey, with a circular tabletop and a sturdy base both in Bianco (white) Carrara marble.

The Pietra L02 side table, designed by Piero Lissoni, is an elegant occasional table that comprises a minimal iron form with a three-sided structure and curved feet. The structure is supporting a round tray that is placed on top, made of an iron frame with high edges, while the tray base is in Rosso Francia Marble.

Monkey Side Table, designed by Jaime Hayon, is a functional side table combining quality and a touch of humor with its beautiful design. It is among the few pieces that have achieved bestseller success and simultaneous publishing as this singular side table by the designer. Monkey table is made from architectonic concrete with resins in white. The white finish is apt for indoor and outdoor.

The Pietra L02 Medium side table, designed by Piero Lissoni, is an elegant occasional table that comprises a minimal iron form with a three-sided structure and curved feet. The structure is supporting a round tray that is placed on top, made of an iron frame with high edges, while the tray base is in Verdi Alpi Marble.

The 'Love me, Love me not' side table, designed by Michael Anastassiades, expresses a specific intention of highlighting the opulence of the Verdi-Alpi (dark green) marble. It is characterized by a round top standing on a central pedestal base. The table is in matt finish to bring a more contemporary touch to the Stone.

Embodying ideas of asymmetry and flow, layers of honed natural shagreen float over austere French Oak forming a soft rectangular volume with split levels connected by tangent, fluid movement.

A strong circle of French Oak with subtle inlaid pattern is raised on a shagreen-wrapped sculptural base with recessed surfaces in grooved wood and bronze to draw the eye and create a sense of flow.

A stoic volume divided into alternate heights of cast, textured bronze, the Estribor Side table plays with a tangent surface dynamic of opening and curving faces applied with light-toned straw marquetry.

The Promontory Drink Table, designed by Refractory, is a stylish and functional piece of furniture. The table features a cast bronze cuff base in a cinder finish, which gives it a bold and industrial look. The base is designed to resemble a cuff or bracelet, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to the overall design.

The Tributary Occasional Table, designed by Refractory, is an exploration of these planes, channels, and primary and secondary surfaces. The cast bronze frame and lower surface together support the wooden top.
