Situated between the town and coast, Surfside Drive curves to follow the natural contours of Nantucket’s harbour and the primary building material of its coastal architecture. Reflecting the bends and curves of the street, Workshop/APD’s rounded design nest or stand alone.

The central promenade of La Rambla in Barcelona encourages you to slow down and watch the world go by. A canopy of trees weaves together to shade the benches that line the street. Yabu Pushelberg’s La Rambla lounge chair has the same effect in slowing down to reflect and relax. A piece with inspiration from as many places as the people who marvel at La Rambla embodies the casual elegance and originality of its namesake.

Gesturing away from the city center and towards Rio de Janeiro’s Ipanema Beach, Rua Leblon’s landscape evolves from cityscape to rolling waves. Yabu Pushelburg references two neighbouring Brazilian landmarks with their smaller expression of the Rua Ipanema lounge chair. Offering an escape from the metropolis, the Rua Leblon invites relaxation.

Jamie Harris
Infusion sculptures are made by using the Italian-trained techniques of layering and banding multiple colored bubbles of glass as a way to generate washes of sensuous, painterly color in a kiln-cast solid mass. Jamie invented a process to create these sculptures, beginning by creating the colored motifs as bubbles of blown glass that are transformed into groups of solid-glass, which are finally cast into blocks and carved and polished into the final shape. So much of the fabrication of these pieces is invested in the science of prediction: anticipating how the color of a bubble blown at the furnace will dilute days later when cast as a solid object, forecasting how fields will distort and move as elements are joined in the casting. These pieces are stop-motion reinterpretations of the traditional Italian-glass “incalmo” format, tracking in place the flowing movement of molten glass, capturing the subtle gradation from a whisper of transparent color to a saturated intensity.

A superb and inimitable showcase of craftsmanship, this unique coffee table is part of the Transparency Matters Collection. Entirely crafted by hand through the casting techniques of both resin and brass, it is composed of a one-of-a-kind resin top boasting a polished emerald green tone that results from a unique combination of three layers of mold. The finished piece looks like a precious gem. The elegant column-style base is a cylinder made of brass enriched by a natural golden finish. Also available in other colors and measures, any variation in the top is not to be considered a flaw but a stylistic choice of the designer. Materials: Cast resin and Solid brass

Joss is a sculptural object that fully represents the harmony of duality. The marble top and cylindrical base are combined with brass casting element. The two materials are drilled in a single point, which becomes the focus of the project.

SERAFINI
Shān console is an arch of stone inspired by a mountain's majestic shape. Tianmen Shān is heaven’s gateway located in the northwestern part of Hunan province, in China, a massive naturals arch that pierced the mountain making a unique setting. The light envelopes it and across it, creating a choreography of light and shadow that donate dynamism and variety. This console is inspired by that location, a magical place, hard to understand fully. Something unique pushes Shān to be such, its sinuous shapes, created thanks to the combination of soft and taut lines, give life to its surfaces.
SERAFINI
This unique console of delicate design will become the star of the room's decor thanks to the luxurious marble. The T console was designed for Serafini by the French designer Hervé Langlais. This statement piece conveys solidity and sturdiness through its massive form. This work of art combines the elegance of a luxurious material like marble with the functionality of a piece of furniture like a console. The T console lends a touch of class to any environment. Its beauty leaps to the eye at first glance thanks to the quality and luster of the materials it is made of.
SERAFINI
The Ana Chair, designed by Searfini, is a unique take on a statement chair that brings timeless materials together in a new way. The Chair is made using two marble slabs connected with brass hardware and elegant details to hold the sling seat in place. Gravity pulls the seat to emphasize its natural curve between the marble slabs. The simplicity of the pieces connected by clean lines calls into question the very nature of a chair. The experience inside the chair is to be enveloped in the textures of the stone and the upholstery, at once elevated by them and cocooned.
