Refractory
The Promontory Dining Table, a masterwork of design by Refractory, is a veritable symphony of materials and form. Its Mustang oak top, suffused with rich and earthy warmth, strikes a harmonious contrast with the sleek, cast bronze base that anchors it. The base, formed of two daring, asymmetrical shield-like forms, is a bold expression of sculptural elegance that seems to soar upwards like a great bird in flight. Selene Table, designed by EMMEMOBILI. In the ancient Greek religion, Selene represented the Full Moon, the perfect circle able to influence life on Earth, depending on its phases. From the combination of circles and semicircles, Selene collection of tables takes its shape, a formal and expressive search to get out of the ordinary. Thanks to the intersection of different geometric shapes, several combinations of finishes and materials are created, giving the object a very personal vibration and bringing it closer to a sculpture rather than an ordinary table. The circle has also been used to outline the shape of the base, which, escaping from the ordinary of the four traditional legs, is composed of two angular elements, also embellished with the decoration that features the top, thus creating a unique object. A table with a strong sign, suitable for different functions, from a dining table to an executive desk.

Based on the Round Table that Fred Ganim created in 2015, this coffee table is carved from a single block of Brazilian Quartzite (pictured). The stone's deep blue is shot through with warm red and calm, natural tones; myriad colors emerge in tightly compressed layers on the table's smooth surface, and cascade down the legs, each a fluid, folded curve.
