Cord Chair, designed by Jacques Guillon, is a classic piece of mid-century modern design, the Cord Chair was conceived in 1953 by designer Jacques Guillon who was decades ahead of his time in integrating the concepts of reduced materiality and upcycling; the original cord was leftover parachute cord from the war.
